The insignia (n. 徽章；标识) on her combat and service uniforms suggest a muddled (adj. 混乱的；杂乱的) mix of qualifications, indicating that she is either a staff sergeant, a Ranger school graduate or a one-star general. Thousands of users have flocked to her comment sections. Joan Donovan, a professor who studies media manipulation, said AI has helped such accounts multiply because they are easy to create, endlessly customizable and offer creators a clear path to moneymaking. The biggest risk is that the grift strategy can be transformed into information warfare, with the anonymously run accounts deployed as a kind of “bot army” that can distribute propaganda, disinformation (n. 虚假信息；不实消息) or wartime talking points en masse.研究媒体操纵的琼·多诺万教授说，AI让这类账号越冒越多，因为太好做了，想要什么样就什么样，还明摆着能赚钱。
